These elevations show a structural glaze curtain wall system consisting of DGU vision glass and monolithic spandrel panels, including application of DowCorning 983 two-part structural silicone and structural double-sided tape.

Our Projects - Current

Our first and current project as HRB Windows is the Griffith Base Hospital for Adco Constructions

CROYDON PLC SKY PATH window contractor

The Croydon (PLC SKY PATH) project is composed of Structurally glazing pre-fabricated curtain wall frames.
The process completed is as follows: - aluminium frame is placed on mobile work bench, clean frame with solvent, application of primer, application of double-sided structural glazing tape.
Glass preparation; clean edges of glass, application of protective film to face of glass, insert glass using overhead crane with vacuum suckers, packers are inserted to maintain equal margins. Pressure is applied to glass to ensure full adhesion to structural tape.
Structural sealant is then pumped around perimeter of glass and neatly tooled off. Mobile bench with panel is then moved outside to cure and then frame is packed into stillage and banded ready for transport.

The photos below are of our structural silicone pump, and a video of the structural silicone application carried out in our factory. This is a service we can carry out for other commercial window companies, such as the work we are doing on the curtain wall for Croydon High School, along with any design, fabrication and glazing requirements.
